4.1 Subscriptions (Automatic Refills)

Subscription orders renew and are charged automatically on each scheduled billing date until cancelled. To stop an upcoming order, cancellation requests must be received at least 1 business day (Monday to Friday, US Eastern Time, excluding US public holidays) before the next billing date. Requests received later, on the billing date, or after the charge has been processed will take effect from the following cycle, and the current order will be processed and shipped as normal.
