Subscription Cancellation Policy – LummaSculpt

Automatic refills

When you choose "Save More With Automatic Refills" at checkout, your subscription renews and is charged automatically on each scheduled billing date until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@lummasculpt.co with your order number, or by using the manage subscription link in your subscription emails, if available.

Cancellation deadline: 1 business day in advance

To stop your next order, your cancellation request must be received at least 1 business day before your next scheduled billing date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays, based on US Eastern Time (ET).

Late cancellations

If your request is received less than 1 business day before the billing date, on the billing date, or after the charge has been processed, that order has already been sent to our supplier for preparation. It will be processed and shipped as normal, and your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Once delivered, the order is covered by our standard Return & Refund Policy. If you choose to return a subscription order, all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
