If the foundation shade does not match your skin or the color does not hold from morning to evening, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You may open and use the foundation while evaluating it; opened or used foundation is eligible under this kit guarantee.

How to request your refund

1. Email info@lummasculpt.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of what did not work.
2. Wait for our team to provide return instructions before sending the kit back.
3. After we receive the returned kit, we will refund 100% of the kit purchase price to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt.

The $10 digital gift card included with the kit is issued after the kit order is paid and processed. It can be redeemed on a future purchase, not on the order that awards it.
